1. Introduction

Welcome to NCAIEB Skill Development. By using our website or enrolling in any of our courses or joining as a franchise partner, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Eligibility

Our courses and services are open to those aged 13 and above. If under 18, if they need franchise services, the teacher and branch owner must be 18 years above.

3. Course Enrollment and Certification

Accurate information and payment of the prescribed fee are required at the time of enrollment.
Certificates will only be issued upon completion of the course, attendance, and passing the examination.

4. Fees and Payment

All course fees must be paid in full. And before students add in the portal, they must pay the full amount of the certificate processing fee.
Fees once paid are non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

Students and Users:

Behave respectfully towards instructors, staff and other students.
Do not misuse course materials or digital content.
Do not engage in any behavior that disrupts the learning environment.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, logos, text, videos and graphics are the property of NCAIEB Skill Development. Copying, distribution or commercial use of them without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

NCAIEB Skill Development is not liable for the following:

Lost data, loss of employment or financial loss based on taking the course.
Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
